Position Overview The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry and Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and calendar organization. You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate Provide administrative support to the team, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, providing expert knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in data entry, virtual assistance, or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Certification in data entry or virtual assistance, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Virtual Assistant (CVA) Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers Organizational skills: strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools Customer service skills: excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Teamwork and collaboration: ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including other teams and departments Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart - CAB, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
