As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points, and develop and implement solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Use designing tools, client telemetry, and direct client feedback to identify and prioritize customer pain points * Track customer incidents and work with customers and partners to understand the issue, communicate progress and next steps, and resolve the issue * Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and prioritize feature and product development opportunities * Develop and implement solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points and develop solutions that meet customer needs * Communicate progress and next steps to customers and partners * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs * Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction **Client Experience Lifecycle Management** * Conduct well-being checks to ensure customer climate is advanced and prepared for the organization * Provide guidance to customers on getting started and implementing new versions * Serve as a liaison between the design team and customers throughout the customer lifecycle * Conduct feature audits on new releases to identify gaps * Provide guidance to customers on planning and implementing solutions on blithequark platforms * Collaborate with customers to understand their business and availability needs to develop a plan to address solution issues **Relationship/Experience Management** * Collaborate with relevant product and business teams to understand how customers use the product * Identify and prioritize gaps in customer situations and product limitations * Provide details to product and business teams on customer product experience and use * Serve as a voice of customers (VOCs) to inform product and business teams on customer product experience and use * Collaborate with other teams (e.g., program managers, developers, product, customer support teams) to unblock and resolve customer incidents/issues * Work with internal partner teams to support the delivery of solutions back to customers * Communicate customer movement and issues to partners * Establish relationships with internal technical teams to refresh investigation assets * Collaborate with significant product and business teams to resolve customer issues **Requirements** * Four-year degree in design, software engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in the software industry connected with innovation * Or comparable experience * Strong communication skills: able to empathize with customers and convey confidence; able to explain technical issues to diverse audiences; able to focus on and advocate customer needs to the right channels; take ownership and work towards a goal * Technical skills: some understanding of cloud computing advances; alternatively, demonstrated hands-on experience in at least one of the following: + Cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) + Containerization (e.g., Docker) + Microservices architecture + DevOps practices (e.g., continuous integration, continuous deployment) + Agile development methodologies + Cloud-based data storage and analytics **Preferred Qualifications** * Four-year degree in design, software engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in the software industry connected with innovation * Or graduate degree in science, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in the software industry connected with innovation * Or comparable experience * 2+ years of customer-facing experience * Strong leadership and collaboration skills: able to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs * Strong problem-solving skills: able to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions that meet customer needs * Strong communication skills: able to communicate technical issues to diverse audiences and advocate customer needs to the right channels **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements (e.g., remote work, flexible hours) * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced software engineer looking to join a dynamic team at blithequark, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
