If you're passionate about technology, data analysis, and customer experience, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy**, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. * **Characterize and implement a methodology, prioritization, and workflows** for the Client Insightful Center, ensuring efficient and effective operations. * **Guarantee that tools are built and scaled** to support the security and trustworthiness needs of our internal teams in analyzing customer data and behavior. * **Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics** to measure success and internal adoption of the Client Insightful Center. * **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements** in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product development and differentiation. * **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer protection. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary, as well as performance-based bonus and other excellent benefits for a happier brain, body, and wallet.
