Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Provide product information and answer questions about our services and policies Collaborate with other teams, including safety, engineering, loss prevention, quality assurance, and human resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives Support and motivate your team members to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach (if working in a warehouse environment) Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts (if working in a warehouse environment) Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (if working in a warehouse environment) Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (if working in a warehouse environment) Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long periods (if working in a warehouse environment) Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment Knowledge of blithequark's products and services Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders Customer service skills : A strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Problem-solving skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude Teamwork : Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
