Job Summary We're offering a full-time, remote Live Chat Support representative position with a competitive hourly wage of $15 per hour. As a Live Chat Support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via live chat, resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information to customers. Document customer interactions and follow up on issues that require further attention. Provide solutions and alternatives to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in written English is essential. Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 WPM are required. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are necessary. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
