About the Role: Data Entry Specialist (Remote, Part-Time) We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. This remote, part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the important work of Blithequark. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and databases, reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered. Key Responsibilities: Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into Blithequark systems and databases with high accuracy and attention to detail. Data Review and Verification: Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that all data is correct and up-to-date. Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and privacy. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry, and to address any data-related issues that may arise. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to Blithequark policies and procedures regarding data entry and privacy, ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred, but not required. Typing and Computer Skills: Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal supervision.
