As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in software development activities and long-term initiative planning and collaboration across the Method & Transformation (S&T) organization. You will assist the end-to-end software development process and deliver high-quality software as part of the DevOps process. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the vision and guide a team of engineers to build and support digital products and services (DPS) across S&T core priorities. * Collaborate with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Records & Analytics, Rising Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering groups to deliver the digital products portfolio. * Help software development method utilizing industry requirements.
