We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help drive data productization from concept to delivery. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business problems and identify patterns and valuable opportunities * Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover insights that go beyond the numbers and drive business decisions * Defining and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) for new product launches * Creating data visualizations to track and measure the impact of product initiatives and business challenges * Identifying new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics * Leading exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and data modeling * Working with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle accurate data from various sources * Working effectively cross-functionally and communicating data insights and recommendations to non-technical business stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field * 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply * Experience with languages used to control data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.) * Strong storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools * Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server) * Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems * Experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Google Bigquery and Hive preferred) * Experience with data modeling (E-R) and strong BI concepts * Fundamental understanding of statistics and AI models * Related experience in the retail or finance industries * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field * Experience with data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools * Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server) * Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems * Experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Google Bigquery and Hive preferred) * Experience with data modeling (E-R) and strong BI concepts * Fundamental understanding of statistics and AI models * Related experience in the retail or finance industries * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools * Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Information Quality or SAS Information Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server) * Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems * Experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Google Bigquery and Hive preferred) * Experience with data modeling (E-R) and strong BI concepts * Fundamental understanding of statistics and AI models * Related experience in the retail or finance industries **Benefits and Advantages** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
