Our work is not just about arenaflex; we help external partners achieve their goals and empower them to become project maintainers themselves. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with product managers, business partners, and customers to understand client pain points and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs in a fast-paced development environment. * Enthusiastically design and develop high-scale cloud-based applications using a range of technologies and programming languages. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and successfully tackle new challenges. * Strive for excellence in all aspects of your work, including culture, collaboration, process, tools, design, engineering practices, customer experience, execution, security, and more. * Act as an Assigned Responsible Individual (DRI) responsible for managing the call-to-screen framework/item feature/service for corruption, downtime, or interruptions and obtain approval to restore the framework/item/service for straightforward issues. * Stay current with industry developments by dedicating time and effort to keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements that improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, visibility, and performance of applications while driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale. **Capabilities** **Required Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND technical design experience in coding in languages including, but not limited to, Golang, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. * Willingness to work in open-source, collaborating with both colleagues and open-source patrons concurrently through GitHub, Slack, and standard local meetings on Zoom. **Additional Prerequisites** * Ability to meet arenaflex, client, and government security screening requirements for this role, which include, but are not limited to, the following specific security screenings: + Microsoft Cloud Personal investigation: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Record verification upon hire/move and every 2 years thereafter. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience writing Golang applications, building Kubernetes administrators, contributing to Kubernetes core or other CNCF projects, and transforming cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.). * Experience with containers and container security.
