Pursue new opportunities and challenging projects with a drive to innovate, high energy, and enthusiasm. Consistently deliver results, even under intense conditions. Create test suites (functional, destructive, etc.) to enable success, fast deployment of code to production. Take a broad view while approaching issues, using a global perspective. * **20% Learning and Development**: Learn through successful and unsuccessful attempts while handling new issues. Effectively seek ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels. * **20% Planning and Adjustment**: Work collaboratively with other team members in agile cycles. Develop new and better ways for the organization to succeed. Work with the Product Team to ensure customer stories are meaningful, developer-ready, straightforward, and testable. Communicate effectively and clearly with diverse audiences. Adjust approach and attitude progressively to match the changing demands of various situations.
