Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the acquisition and integration of new product development efforts and defining product requirements that drive customer experience improvements * Influencing customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments * Working with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identifying opportunities to improve the experience * Analyzing performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and developing clear data-driven product recommendations * Maintaining and refining the product roadmap, prioritizing customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value * Supporting the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, launch plan, and overall customer experience **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * A proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams * A forward-thinking "growth mindset" with a focus on innovation trends and emerging industry best practices * A demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with conversational AI and live chat support technologies * Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development frameworks * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our employees' comprehensive well-being.
