Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing and fostering relationships, meeting and exceeding targets, and tracking progress and results. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prospecting: Hit the phones and build your business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. With our system, CRM, and ability to purchase great leads, the sky is the limit! Develop and Foster Relationships: Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Help clients identify all their life and health insurance needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Meet and Exceed Targets: As your own boss, you will set your own personal activity goals and results goals. You will be expected to be extremely disciplined and focused on achieving success. Track Progress and Results: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment to ensure you are on track to meet your targets. This will also help you receive the coaching you need to grow and improve. Potential to Grow: With Symmetry, a proven system, ability to get incredible leads, and build your own business, your potential is endless. You can grow as an insurance consultant, build your own team, and eventually become your own Agency Owner. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, coaching, or teaching. However, we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all. Excellent Relationship Management Skills: You will need to be able to manage and build relationships with clients and prospects to achieve sales success. Demonstrated Ability to Meet and Exceed Goals: You will be expected to set and achieve your own personal activity goals and results goals. Advanced Communication, Selling, and Negotiation Skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and prospects, sell insurance products, and negotiate contracts. Unrelenting Drive to Understand and Meet Prospective Customer Needs: You will need to be passionate about understanding the needs of your clients and prospects and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Familiarity with CRM Systems: You will need to be able to use CRM systems to track progress and results and receive coaching to grow and improve. Coachable: You will need to be open to feedback and coaching to help you grow and improve in your role.
