As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client, digitalizing them in a form provided by the company * Focusing on accurately inputting all details of the claim, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by the company * Image Classification, Indexing, and General data entry * Reviewing and confirming all data captured is correct before submitting or completing the document * Utilizing various systems to work on different tasks * Working within established procedures and practices * Collaborating with a close degree of supervision **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Data Entry**: Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy * **10-Key**: Ability to type at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy and proficiency in 10-key by touch * **Computer Skills**: Proficient in using computers, Microsoft applications, and internet usage * **Medical Claims Form Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of medical claims forms is preferred but not required * **VPN Experience**: Experience working through VPN connections is a plus * **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required * **Experience**: 1 year of experience in a data entry role, with a strong track record of accuracy and productivity **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Basic knowledge of medical claims forms * Experience working through VPN connections * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and internet usage **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * A flexible work-from-home schedule, with the option to work from 10 pm to 6 am CST * A dynamic and supportive team environment, with regular check-ins and feedback * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility) **Compensation and Benefits** As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $14.99 - $15 per hour * A comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility) * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
