Key Responsibilities Conduct a high volume of recruiting activities, including research, networking, referrals, and internet-based searches to identify top talent. Pre-qualify candidates and conduct a large number of phone interviews to evaluate skills, employment background, and qualifications. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 7+ years of experience in recruiting, supervision, and/or customer service. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals. Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: A supervisory or hiring background, with experience in managing recruitment teams or processes. Experience working in a similar industry or sector, with a strong understanding of the local job market.
