**Experienced Full Stack Program Manager – Innovation Management and Product Development**

As a seasoned program manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing innovation packages that introduce new stories to our members around the world. **The Team & The Role:** Our Creative Production Innovation Management team is part of the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise, driving complex tasks across Netflix and PDP groups. We're seeking a stellar program manager with experience in handling complex, moveable packages for era structures. As a program manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing innovation packages that meet the innovation desires of our era platform. **About You:** You're a seasoned program manager with advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of applications that meet the innovation desires of a era platform. You can break down complex necessities into achievable programs, interface with multiple go-to-market teams, and deliver answers in a hit and timely way.
