About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our Marketing and Communications team. As a key member of our Procedure and Investigation group, you'll be responsible for driving strategic growth and development of our publishing platform, TUDUM.com. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable insights to inform our marketing and communications strategies. Key Responsibilities and Obligations Liaise with internal article, development, SEO, and activities partners to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities for TUDUM Assist the team in deeply understanding TUDUM's audience and their behavior Analyze data around happy and page traffic information to suggest improvements to TUDUM's publication designs Collaborate with Data Investigation architect to design dashboards and reports to keep the TUDUM team informed on content successes Lead long-range budget planning and budget management throughout the year with an eye towards in-market influence Analyze content review behavior within Netflix on-demand to inform MarComms campaign strategies Influence internal partners at all levels of the organization to act on business opportunities based on insights generated Capabilities and Qualifications We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have: 6+ years of experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience in an analytics role within a publishing organization; foundation in marketing and social analysis is a plus, but not required Familiarity with industry-standard metrics of success within digital publishing Deep understanding of customer behavior and discovery patterns with entertainment, and how those intersect with content lists and services Exceptional self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment Ability to build strong relationships with partners and effectively influence and contribute with substantial recommendations/next steps Unquenchable interest to learn new areas, stay up-to-date with industry advancements, and continually ask 'why' Excellent written (reports and presentations) and verbal communication skills; convenient communication Compensation and Benefits Arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a yearly salary, with the option to choose between compensation and investment opportunities.
