As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and oversee the development of our contact center stage, ensuring that our customers and support specialists receive an exceptional experience. As a key member of our CS Innovation team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups, including design, engineering, operations, and information design, as well as external partners and vendors. Your primary focus will be on driving the adoption of new technologies and features, while ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. **Responsibilities** * Provide product management leadership to our contact center stage, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through close collaboration with our external partners and vendors. * Assist in defining strategy, capturing requirements, prioritizing, identifying risks, obstacles, delivering, and creating a roadmap. * Collaborate with every CS functional group to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together. * Manage integrations and adoption of products, including close collaboration with our engineering and data scientist teams as well as external partners and consulting firms. * Grasp differences in support expectations in various regions around the world, and designer experience as well. * Grow product management responsibility to other tools as business needs present. * Embody the unique blithequark culture. **What We're Looking For** * 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products. * Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment. * Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and support specialist experience. * Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences. * Organizational leadership and influence without authority. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: great updates and presentations, ability to build trust and create collaborative organizations cross-functionally is critical. * Ability to motivate, propel, and lead designers and engineers. * Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products whether an external or in-house build. * Related experience focusing on Customer Support. * Experience working on global products is also useful. **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive salary range: $28-$35/hour * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible remote work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities and training programs * Access to the latest tools and technologies * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced product manager looking to join a dynamic and innovative team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
