You will be responsible for assisting pharmacists, interacting with customers, and developing strong patient relationships. You will also have the opportunity to participate in arenaflex's pharmacy technician training program, which is recognized by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) and the Department of Labor. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the performance of other pharmacy branch duties according to employer policies and procedures. * Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions. * Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients with greetings and assistance with services and products. * Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience. * Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers. * Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, personnel Pharmacist, and Store Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy. * Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow. * Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program. * Adhere to the arenaflex Co.
