We're passionate about innovation and are always looking for new and better ways to do things. **About the Role** As a manufacturing engineer on our team, you'll play a critical role in evaluating product designs and creating the processes, tools, and procedures that power our powerful search technology. You'll work closely with product managers and project engineers to determine infrastructure requirements and specifications for our clients, and will be responsible for ensuring that the different parts of our infrastructure integrate seamlessly and our systems run smoothly. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate product designs and create the processes, tools, and procedures that power our powerful search technology * Work with product managers and project engineers to determine infrastructure requirements and specifications for our clients * Ensure that the different parts of our infrastructure integrate seamlessly and our systems run smoothly * Travel to work with local suppliers and provide remote support for pre-production builds * Collaborate with quality engineers to set goals for product quality and review product qualification plans, support reliability testing, and review results to ensure product performance meets requirements * Coordinate the entry of bills of materials (BOM) and new product submissions (NPI) into the product data management system (PDM) * Support for 3rd party source qualification and ECO and MCO **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, relevant practical experience, or equivalent * 5 years of experience in a company that develops production and test * Experience working with original equipment manufacturers (ODMs), subcontractors, and component suppliers for data center server-type products * Strong understanding of design for excellence (DFX) and testing * Experience with SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in electrical engineering or * 10 years of experience in a company that develops production and test * Experience working with original design manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers (CMs), and vendors of data center server accelerator components (e.g., GPUs, FPGAs, or ASICs) * Experience in creating and executing a design validation test plan for a complex electronic assembly * Understanding of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes and/or post-silicon validation **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong understanding of design for excellence (DFX) and testing * Experience with SQL queries and scripting in Python or Bash * Strong understanding of data center server-type products and their components **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
