Job Overview: Customer Service Representative In this critical role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for union members seeking information about their benefits. Your primary responsibility will be to educate these members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. While sales may be involved if a customer expresses interest in opting for additional benefits, you'll never be required to engage in cold calling, as our relationships with union associations are direct and established.
