**Experienced Full Stack Manager, Technical Operations – Web & Cloud Application Development for Remote Workforce**

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Manager, Technical Operations, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our technical training programs. Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Manager, Technical Operations to lead our team in creating and delivering high-quality training programs for our 500+ aeronautics support professionals and staff. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business outcomes through effective training strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement training programs, utilizing various strategies, procedures, learning tools, and best practices to ensure top-quality, relevant, and cost-effective training solutions. Lead training needs assessments through job analysis, career paths, and meetings with supervisors or clients. Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies by conducting reviews and classroom observations, and authorizing established procedures in classrooms and training test systems. Collaborate with Tech Operations management and Procurement in evaluating training requests by examining hiring patterns and assessing functional and business decisions. Oversee hands-on training (OJT) and Working Experience observations and assessments. Manage a team of instructors, work in various fleets, and instructor expansion for Section 147 AMTs Air programs by regularly meeting to discuss progress, provide performance feedback, and assign new tasks. Perform other duties as assigned to support compliance with current regulations for significant training materials and, if necessary, practice the designated specialists of the Chief, Tech Operations Training. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Two (2) years of experience in managing teams or direct reports. Experience with strategy and technique execution for immediate results. Independence with the ability to freely manage projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; a working knowledge of computer systems and databases. The ability to influence others beyond their work area regarding policies, practices, and strategies. The ability to travel globally, and appear on Saturdays or Sundays, nights, and occasions, as needed to meet functional requirements. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Two (2) years of experience in flying training and support. Capability with modern training delivery techniques – e.g., e-learning platforms, virtual and instructor-led classrooms, online classes, and other advanced tools to create engaging and meaningful training experiences. Capability in creating and managing training content, including videos, interactive modules, and other multimedia assets. A strong understanding of adult learning standards and educational planning strategies. Strong project management skills. Capability with assessing training effectiveness through observations and evaluations, as well as through metrics and data analysis. The ability to work cooperatively with instructors and cross-functional divisions.
