Our Customer Service Technology team is at the forefront of this effort, using machine learning and AI to improve our customer support and service. **The Role** As a Full Stack Machine Learning Software Engineer on our Customer Service Technology team, you'll be working with a talented group of engineers, researchers, and designers to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our customer support and service.
