You'll work closely with our IT disciplines to resolve complex technical issues, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records of all support requests. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for all arenaflex equipment and applications, including communication and mobile devices * Deliver exceptional on-site and remote customer service to arenaflex crewmembers * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support requests * Screen and support systems to ensure optimal performance * Maintain accurate records of support requests and updates * Work with software package rollouts and support * Collaborate with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines * Attempt to achieve first-contact resolution for all issues * Maintain documentation of support requests per arenaflex standards * Update and refresh information base documentation with the most up-to-date information * Organize response for significant events and outages * Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of our team, you'll be based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, with regular visits to Kingston, Jamaica.
