Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals * Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to workstation projects (global deployments/renovations) as a project team member * Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to resolve framework-related issues * Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability and remote/broadband connectivity for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform security support * Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required * Follow management direction, adhering to IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned **What You'll Need for Success** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training * 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues * First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Preferred Qualifications: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Familiarity with VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds **What You'll Get** As an arenaflex team member, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits, as well as virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * Health programs that provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self * 401(k) program with employer contributions available after one year * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion.
