You will work closely with various teams to plan and develop top-notch content for versatility, dependability, and execution. Your expertise in Splunk will be essential in troubleshooting complex issues, creating advanced dashboards, and teaching our customer community on Splunk best practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and develop high-quality content for information management, including versatility, dependability, and execution. * Troubleshoot complex Splunk issues using your expertise in cutting-edge looking and dashboarding. * Collaborate with external applications and frameworks as needed. * Develop and teach our customer community on Splunk search, alarm, and dashboard best practices. * Provide daily functional and local area support. * Perform information understanding, order, and enhancement. * Create and manage information articles, including fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros. * Design and implement report-based dashboards and information model speed increase. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience in creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk. * Experience in pre-arranging (Python, JavaScript, or other). * Familiarity with Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure. * Knowledge of ordinary expressions. * Ability to drive insights with data and Splunk products. * Experience in creating dashboards in Dashboard Studio. * Familiarity with Ansible and Git. * Understanding of website architecture. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with application groups to drive innovative solutions for corporate information collection to business logging stages. * Experience in troubleshooting intricate Splunk organization issues using knowledge of automation, pre-arranging, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise. * Ability to create, test, and deploy various Splunk setups and Splunk technology add-ons. * Possession and implementation of Splunk framework and information organization best practices, including data onboarding. * Ability to assist in the creation of advanced dashboards, reports, alarms, and other information objects in Splunk to drive value across the organization. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $20/hour. * Opportunity to work from home. * Eligibility for the Employee Reference Program. * A dynamic and innovative work environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation in the pet industry.
