You'll contribute to business-wide needs and ensure the adoption of same, including visibility, flexibility, accessibility, security, and cost-effectiveness. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Leading DevOps strategy, covering planning, development of tools, practices, and culture * Establishing and upholding DevOps best practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment techniques * Designing and managing infrastructure as code, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar, to provision and manage assets across cloud environments * Executing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar, ensuring fast and reliable application deployment * Collaborating with security and compliance teams to ensure groups adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements * Monitoring and analyzing DevOps pipelines and practices, identifying areas for improvement, development, and automation to enhance deployment/failback consistency and accuracy * Staying up-to-date with emerging data innovations, trends, and best practices, and making recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps environment * Coaching and providing technical guidance to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience working in open cloud environments, GCP (liked)/Sky blue/AWS, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) * Capability in infrastructure as code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for automating asset provisioning and deployment * Active involvement in CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git) * Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar * Solid critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex DevOps stage issues and provide effective solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud Logging Solutions) to ensure application performance and system health, as well as knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including experience with vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, and secure deployment practices, would be an asset. **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
