Position: Marketing Strategist (Client Delivery) RNDA is hiring a Marketing Strategist to guide business owners through our 60-Day Accelerator - a done-WITH-you agency service that builds complete launch systems for clients. This is not account management. This is not customer success. This is strategic marketing delivery - where you use your campaign expertise to guide clients through execution. YOUR ROLE You’ll be the strategic voice for clients as they move through our 8-week Accelerator program: • Lead strategic calls with clients throughout their engagement (onboarding, strategy presentation, content review, launch prep) • Review and provide expert feedback on launch strategies, email funnels, content calendars, ad campaigns, messaging frameworks, and Many Chat automations • Ensure clients understand and can execute the marketing systems we build for them • Troubleshoot campaign issues and provide strategic pivots in real‑time • Identify when clients need additional support or are falling behind • Escalate urgent issues or scope concerns to leadership • Document client wins and case study opportunities • Provide recommendations for client upsells or extended services when appropriate WHAT YOU’RE NOT DOING • Building the assets (AI + creative team handles that) • Project management (operations handles that) • Copywriting or graphic design You’re the marketing expert guiding clients through execution. MARKETING EXPERTISE REQUIRED Do you confidently assess and advise on: • Launch strategy: Understanding revenue targets, pricing models, and launch timelines • Email funnels: Reviewing 12‑email sequences and identifying gaps in nurture, urgency, or CTAs • Content calendars: Spotting weak hooks, inconsistent messaging, or missing story elements • Paid ads: Recommending ad strategy, budget allocation, and creative direction • Many Chat automation: Understanding keyword triggers, segmentation, and conversion flows • Sales messaging: Fixing unclear offers, weak positioning, or confusing CTAs • KPIs & data: Reading campaign metrics and making strategic pivots THIS isn’t account management or client success - you need to think like a marketing strategist who’s run campaigns yourself. YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF • You’ve been a marketing strategist, fractional CMO, or agency strategist (not coordinator) • You can review a campaign and spot gaps in under 5 minutes • You genuinely enjoy client interaction and strategic guidance • You’ve successfully managed multiple clients at once while maintaining strategic oversight • You can give clear, actionable feedback quickly • You stay sharp and present even on your 10th call of the day • You’ve personally built or overseen launch campaigns, email funnels, and content strategies THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF • Your background is purely account coordination, customer success, or operations • You’ve never built a marketing campaign yourself • You don’t feel confident reviewing an email funnel or content calendar and giving expert feedback • You need hours of prep before every call • You prefer creating content vs. giving strategic direction • You need heavy oversight or hand‑holding REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must Have: • 3‑5+ years as a marketing strategist, fractional CMO, or agency strategist (not coordinator) • Proven track record of building or advising on launch campaigns (not just managing accounts) • You’ve personally created or overseen email funnels, content calendars, ad campaigns, and launch strategies • Proven experience managing 15‑20+ clients simultaneously while maintaining strategic oversight • Deep, hands‑on understanding of email marketing, content strategy, social media, paid ads, launch funnels, automation • Can spot what’s missing in a marketing plan in under 5 minutes • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Experience with CRM tools and project management platforms Bonus Points: • Experience working in a marketing agency environment • Background running your own launches or consulting business • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing • Experience with cohort‑based or group client delivery models • Experience with Go High Level and Click Up Deal‑breakers (do not apply if this is you): • You’ve only done account coordination or customer success • You’ve never built a marketing campaign yourself • You don’t feel confident reviewing an email funnel or content calendar and giving strategic feedback • Your background is purely sales, operations, or customer service COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hybrid schedule - in office in Duluth GA • 40 hours/week • Growth opportunities into VP or Partner track WHY JOIN RNDA? • High‑growth agency: We’re scaling to $10M in 2025 • AI‑powered infrastructure: You’re not drowning in admin – you focus on strategy • Clear career path: Top performers can grow into VP or Partner roles • Work with ambitious clients: Our clients are serious about growth, not hobbyists • Remote‑first culture: Work from anywhere with reliable wifi • Data‑driven approach: We make decisions based on KPIs, not feelings #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
