Our innovative approach to vehicle design and technology has set us apart from traditional automakers, and we're proud to be a leader in the industry. **What You'll Do:** As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Building robust, adaptable, and automated software tools to enable complex analysis of real-time data * Answering complex questions on change impact on manufacturing * Cross-conveying data from various data storage areas * Working closely with design, manufacturing, provider, and IT teams * Contributing to the automation and standardization of our data pipelines * Building visualizations to effectively communicate insights * Analyzing and determining the optimal solutions for change coordination with manufacturing, other arenaflex plants, and providers (including EBOM, MBOM, etc.) * Providing thought leadership in analysis, visualization, and guidance to advance team capacity and results * Guiding colleagues and collaborating within and remotely to tackle business issues * Creating and implementing solutions and business processes that are optimized for speed, accuracy, cost efficiency, capacity, and adaptability * Developing choice supportive networks, tools, and models that are flexible and reproducible to support planning development and decision making for arenaflex * Working with partners to take a dubious issue explanation, refine the scope of the investigation, and utilize the results to drive informed decisions * Summarizing and clearly communicating data analysis assumptions and results * Building data pipelines to advance your impromptu data investigations into production dashboards that specialists can rely on * Planning and executing metrics, applications, and tools that will empower engineers by allowing them to self-serve their data experiences * Working with architects to drive adoption of your applications and tools * Writing clean and tested code that can be maintained and extended by other developers * Supporting and maintaining your production applications * Staying up-to-date on relevant technologies and methodologies, and proposing new ones that the team could use * Recognizing patterns, designing better approaches for looking at data, and setting imaginative goals to drive enhancements in both existing and future products **What You'll Bring:** * Four-year degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Software Engineering, Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent in experience and proof of outstanding ability * Strong knowledge of data structures, architectures, and languages like SQL * Experience and interest in data visualization procedures * Ability to issue settle and change needs with minimal early notification to fulfill time constraints * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience with statistical software (R), database languages (SQL), simulation tools (Field, AnyLogic, FlexSim), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, d3.js) * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continually evolving high-growth environment * Comfortable in a climate with unstructured, incomplete, and vague data * Strong foundation in statistics * Experience building data visualizations * Experience writing code in a professional environment * Inquisitive and driven to tackle complex problems * Shrewd yet humble, with a preference for action * Strong analytical skills and demonstrated history of outstanding ability (e.g., you personally tackled difficult problems that made a significant impact on critical projects) * Some knowledge of deep learning fundamentals; experience training neural networks and investigating results **About the Role:** As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data pipeline development to data visualization and analysis.
