We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Annotation Supervisor to join our team in Nevada, USA. As a key member of our Autopilot Data Annotation organization, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Data Annotation Specialists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality annotated data for our neural networks. You'll work closely with engineers and Autopilot control to ensure that our annotation processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting ongoing performance management of the team, creating training plans, tracking progress, and completing monthly analyses and lead general performance reports. * Evaluating daily performance in proprietary software, reporting daily summaries and organization metrics. * Working closely with engineers and Autopilot control to own annotation tips, ensuring that all technical and operational constraints are met. * Developing and implementing task recommendations to improve labeling efficiency, accuracy, and documentation. * Executing headcount allocation among Quality Control and labeling, prioritizing project queues daily as directed by management. * Ensuring accurate documentation and daily planning for the organization, continuously updating processes and procedures. * Supervising employee development, conducting bi-annual performance reviews, and monthly performance check-ins with Team Leads and Data Annotation Specialists. * Recognizing employees who consistently exceed expectations, mentoring direct reports, and fostering a cohesive team environment. * Accurately controlling timekeeping and attendance via the Kronos system. **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and qualities.
