You'll own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling will help us uncover insights that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address key business priorities, leveraging predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation * Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products * Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to recommend approaches, investigate issues, identify trends, and propose solutions * Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses * Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate and discuss analytics results and solutions * Utilize robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats **Required Qualifications** * 3+ years of relevant analytic experience * Experience programming using R or Python * Experience in SQL * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field * Master's degree or PhD preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners * Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur * Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources * Demonstrates expertise in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
