As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing robust, reproducible statistical analyses to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our biopharmaceutical partners to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive meaningful insights from real-world evidence (RWE) and real-world data (RWD). **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute complex statistical analyses to inform business decisions, leveraging expertise in study design, data visualization, and machine learning * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive meaningful insights from RWE and RWD * Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable data pipelines to support data analysis and visualization * Work closely with our biopharmaceutical partners to develop and implement evidence generation strategies that meet their needs * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders * Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science) * 3+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on statistical analysis and data visualization * Strong expertise in statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, clustering, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis * Experience working with large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and other healthcare-related data * Strong understanding of data security and patient confidentiality, with experience working with sensitive patient data * Proficiency in at least one business intelligence (BI) tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Spotfire * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Capabilities** * Advanced degree (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field * Expertise in EMR/health IT, disease registries, and claims data sets * Familiarity with clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and ontologies (e.g., ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience working with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for RWE and clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR) * Experience working with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Expertise in experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational statistics * Strong understanding of machine learning and AI techniques, with the ability to continue learning and developing new skills **About Working at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
