Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this exciting journey. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of customer service representatives, driving business results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and drive business growth. If you're a seasoned leader with a passion for customer service, technology, and innovation, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Develop and implement process enhancements to drive business results, improve efficiency, and reduce costs * Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth * Analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and develop strategies to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Identify and mitigate risks, developing plans to address potential issues and prevent escalations * Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and resolution rate * Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * 4+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in customer service or a similar elite performance functional group * 3+ years of experience building teams and developing employee development plans * Proven experience driving projects to improve support-related processes and enhance customer satisfaction * Strong relational, verbal (speaking, listening, translation), and written communication skills in both Turkish and English * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as software engineering, science, or business **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Knowledge of AWS technologies and cloud-based solutions * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Success and reporting * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $27-$35/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program and employee stock purchase plan * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced customer service leader looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
