**Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning Expert**

To meet the needs of our customers and patients, we offer a seamless omnichannel experience, supported by state-of-the-art technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality services and products nationwide. **Job Responsibilities** As a senior data scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, predictive analytics, and device learning strategies to provide actionable insights and recommendations. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support. * Communicating complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams, through clear and concise verbal and written reports. * Developing and maintaining large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and optimization models. * Applying analytical rigor and statistical techniques to research and analyze large datasets, using advanced statistical strategies such as predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design, analysis, and data mining. * Programming using a range of technologies, including Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. * Performing device learning strategies, including supervised and unsupervised algorithms to build predictive models and prescriptive answers to support various business use cases. * Building algorithms like decision trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection, as well as interpretable ML and Bayesian theory. * Utilizing cloud computing on Azure/Databricks, querying in Snowflake, and leveraging software tools and methodologies like GitHub, continuous integration and delivery, and agile methodologies. * Designing and analyzing A/B experiments, and contributing to economic decisions within the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, device learning, quantitative or computational capabilities, or a related field. * Master's degree in STEM, computer science, statistics, physics, mathematics, statistics, data science, device learning, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and optimization models. * Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages. * Advanced degree talent in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to support business decision-making. * Experience with supervised learning techniques (linear and logistic regression, time series modeling, generalized linear models, decision trees, support vector machines, etc.) and unsupervised learning techniques (K means, hierarchical clustering, association rules, principal components). * Experience with cloud ML systems, distributed computing, data pipelines, cloud data stores, and serving engines. * Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments. * Advanced degree talent in conveying rigorous technical standards and issues to non-experts. * Experience working in dynamic environments and working with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results. * Experience efficiently communicating technical solutions and advocating to data scientists, engineering teams, and business audiences. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. in STEM, computer science, statistics, physics, mathematics, statistics, data science, device learning, or a related field. * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI. * Experience in reinforcement learning. * Experience in healthcare. **Benefits** * Company-paid life insurance * Medical, prescription drugs, dental, and vision * Retirement savings plan (401(k)) * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) * Holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life and personal accident insurance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
