As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data entry services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of data management. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $35-$40 per hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide high-quality data entry services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of data management * Work closely with our data analytics team to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors * Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to support business operations * Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Provide training and support to colleagues on data management best practices and procedures **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration) * At least 5 years of experience in data entry and management, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency * Proficiency in data management software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and management **Preferred Qualifications** * Juris Doctorate from a licensed graduate school and at least 5 years of post-bar lawyer legal work experience in a mix of law office and corporate settings * Required licensure to provide legal counsel in at least one state * Required Illinois bar enrollment or active bar participation on favorable terms in at least one U.S. jurisdiction * Experience using time management skills, such as prioritizing and organizing tasks and meeting deadlines * At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace * At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and management * Proficiency in data management software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
