**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Planning Systems (Part Time/Remote) at arenaflex**

As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing financial systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to our financial teams to identify automation opportunities and create effective solutions. **What you'll do** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data * Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory sources * Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions * Provide support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process using Hyperion * Update Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements, propose, and present effective solutions * Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as forecasting and planning models for financial divisions **All you'll need for success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training + 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures * Preferred Qualifications: + Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) + Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: - Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies related to financial issues - Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues - Meticulous with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What you'll get** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical benefits: Enjoy access to your health, dental, vision, and prescription benefits, as well as virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Health programs: Our wellness programs provide you with the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self. * 401(k) Program: Accessible upon hire, with employer contributions to your 401(k) program available after one year. * Additional benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more. **Join the arenaflex family** At arenaflex, we're proud to be a diverse and inclusive organization, with over 20+ Employee Business Resource Groups dedicated to connecting our colleagues to our customers, partners, networks, and investors.
