As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing AI models that will revolutionize the way we interact with our visitors. You'll work closely with our internal partners to design and develop intelligent and data-driven systems that will create magical experiences for our visitors. **Responsibilities** As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with our internal partners to design and develop AI models that will create magical experiences for our visitors * Developing and implementing data-driven systems that will drive business outcomes and improve visitor experiences * Leading and working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale AI solutions that will make the impossible possible * Driving innovation and creativity through idea generation, prototyping, and experimentation * Managing functional support and maintenance of AI-related products and services * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing ML calculations in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile software development methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technologies into business solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** We're looking for candidates with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
