We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through data-driven insights. **Work Synopsis** Our Data Investigation team is a critical part of blithequark's Direct to Consumer (DTC) business, which is dedicated to providing real-time features to our customers in the US. Our team uses data, statistical modeling, experimentation frameworks, and other tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven decisions. We are passionate about understanding customer behavior and preferences, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for using data to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a full stack data entry specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data experts, business leaders, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges and developing insightful solutions to address these challenges * Creating a continuous pipeline of data-driven insights to inform business decisions * Performing in-depth pattern analysis to identify key drivers of business growth * Defining and investigating customer segments to drive business growth * Working with other data teams to integrate data from multiple sources and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior * Developing and executing refined A/B testing builds to inform business decisions **Essential Capabilities** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: * A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, as well as relevant work experience * At least 3 years of experience in statistical analysis using R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL * Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques * Experience working with large datasets, identifying patterns, and using multiple data sources and tools * Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and compelling way **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following preferred capabilities would be a plus: * Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services * Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
