Update existing data and remove any outdated information. Document Preparation and Sorting : Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Reporting and Distribution : Generate and distribute reports as needed. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Data-Related Inquiries and Collaboration : Respond to and resolve data-related inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate data management. Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or higher in a related field is a plus. Experience : Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position. Technical Skills : Fast typing skills with exceptional accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Soft Skills : Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
