Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Data Entry and Support Systems Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our support systems group, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of robust systems that create business value, leading a team of engineers to work together to build industry-leading infrastructure, and driving adoption and delivering impact. Key Responsibilities Integrate the business objectives of partners into technical roadmaps, and advance the broader systems strategy to lead ahead of changing business objectives. Lead a technical team to deliver solid systems that create business value, driving best practices across the team, as well as a culture of ownership and accountability for quality and practicality of expectations. Lead the team to additional opportunities and move to deliver smart fixes, utilizing information to drive methodology and business activity, and tackling questionable issues and scaling across an organization and distributed team. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the development and delivery of systems that meet the support needs of arenaflex clients, viewers, creators, and paid subscribers. Develop and implement strategies to enable the support operations teams to provide key insights that enable arenaflex to understand client needs and grow. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology. Minimum 15 years of experience overseeing framework foundation plan and conveyance, with a proven track record of delivering robust systems that create business value. Minimum 10 years of experience managing people, directors, and groups, as well as instructing, and fostering a team, with a strong ability to lead and motivate engineers to work together to build industry-leading infrastructure. Minimum 5 years of experience on scaled and high-contact support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills, with a strong ability to drive adoption and deliver impact. Excellent written and verbal communication, logical, and partner engagement skills, with the ability to address technical concepts to crowds and administration, and influence/lead cross-functional partners. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in business technology, systems design, systems integration, data architecture, and solutions delivery, with a strong ability to utilize information to drive methodology and business activity. Capacity to inspire designing groups to cooperate, construct industry driving engineer foundation, drive reception, and convey influence, with a strong ability to tackle questionable issues and scale across an organization and distributed team. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business objectives and priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions.
