Job Overview and Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high degree of technical expertise to our team, assisting in the development, configuration, and maintenance of arenaflex's Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions Collaborating with IT and other agencies to align on tech needs and implementations Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting companies to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences Strong analytical skills High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications To gain a competitive edge, you will need: Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Experience with Customer Data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing complex business-level systems In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
