**Experienced Full Stack Data Engineer – Operations Analytics and Data Science**

We're proud to be a part of the airline industry, and we're committed to making a positive impact on the world around us. **The Role** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for curating Single Source of Truth information tables, generating and distributing automatic reporting, and transitioning to modern data and reporting tools. You'll also serve as a center of excellence for green data processing and control. **Responsibilities** * Locate and extract data from various sources to be used in analysis, models, and project development * Clean and curate datasets by reading new data sources and collaborating with other business units to determine the best source of data, aggregating perspectives into significant hierarchies * Be familiar with data environments and collaborate to enhance automatic reviews and analyses in support of divisional leaders and business units * Leverage emerging technologies and proactively discover new and significant ways to communicate data and analysis that enable divisional needs * Support method development and project control engagements for each business unit and cross-divisional initiatives * Train and mentor other team members in various skills and subjects * Practice security-aware behaviors in all operational techniques and procedures * Have a team-first mindset with the success of our team and business partners as the top priority * Be intellectually curious, ask questions, and communicate when you have an idea * Experience working in high-profile environments with fluid priorities, ambiguity, and competitive deadlines **What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)** * 3+ years of relevant experience * Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns * Proficiency with Python, SAS, or other similar tools and programming languages * Ability to troubleshoot a reporting database environment * Strong interest in detail and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requests with various timelines * Self-starter with a resilient, solution-minded approach to complex problems working individually or in a team * Consistently prioritizes security and protection of self, others, and personal data * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or other applicable quantitative field * Previous airline experience * Working knowledge of and/or experience with cloud-based solutions (i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) **Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing** Our culture is rooted in a shared commitment to our values – Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork – every day, in everything we do.
