As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with marketing effort chiefs, tasks, and our central investigation group to assemble information and measurements necessities * Overseeing and improving incorporated revealing for inside promoting spend and execution * Leading reviews, further developing information processes encompassing information stream, and guaranteeing information exactness * Managing in-house processes for advertising trial and error, tracking and logging progressing studies/tests across arenaflex, Instagram, and Courier * Building automation to further develop information precision and versatility * Composing great SQL questions to recover and break down information from data set tables * Joining forces with our investigation and cross-useful partners to distinguish and correct information trustworthiness/precision issues across our detailing, information framework, dashboards **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and measurement requirements * Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance * Lead reviews, develop information processes, and ensure data accuracy * Manage in-house processes for A/B testing, track and log ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex, Instagram, and Courier * Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility * Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables * Collaborate with investigation and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, and dashboards **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) * Experience working with cross-functional teams * Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources * Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances * Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes * Certification in data science or related field **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment * Strong SQL skills, including data modeling, data extraction, and data analysis * Experience with data visualization tools and cloud-based data platforms * Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
