**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

Our culture is built on a foundation of integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, and we are proud to be a leader in our industry. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with our Customer Listening Team, Product and Process Owners, and Agile teams in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC method * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique ### Essential Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3 years * Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker ### arenaflex Culture and Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
