With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys, which comprise 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **Join our crew and lead the way** As a Senior Data Architect at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Utility Teams, Product and Process Owners, and Agile teams in Technology to drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. You'll be responsible for helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Utility Teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Provide large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data visualization * Experience with data modeling, data governance, and data quality * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' holistic well-being, which means we focus on their physical, financial, and intellectual health throughout every stage of life.
