Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our paid media spend and driving business growth. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our paid media science team and marketing groups to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and analyze the impact of our efforts. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of paid media data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate with paid media science team and marketing groups to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions Design and implement experiments to test the effectiveness of paid media campaigns and optimize spend Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business challenges and develop data-driven solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media optimization and business intelligence Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field in an e-commerce or online business environment High-level SQL experience and proficiency in at least one industry-standard data analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js) Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics, or statistics) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL Experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts Experience working in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) What We Offer As a Full Stack Data Analyst at Amazon, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Work Schedule As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with flexible hours on Saturday and Sunday to catch up on any pending tasks or to get ahead for the upcoming week. Your work schedule will be adjusted based on individual preferences, workload, and company policies. Monday to Friday Schedule 9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Check emails and messages for any urgent updates or instructions from the supervisor 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM: Review the day's tasks and prioritize them accordingly 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Data entry tasks (inputting product information into the database, updating inventory records, processing customer orders and returns) 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Continue with data entry tasks 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Short break for stretching or a quick walk 3:15 PM - 5:00 PM: Complete any pending tasks and prepare for the next day (double-check data entries for accuracy, organize files and documents, respond to any pending emails or inquiries) 5:00 PM: End of the workday Saturday and Sunday Schedule Flexible hours: Depending on workload and personal availability, dedicate a few hours each day to catch up on any pending tasks or to get ahead for the upcoming week Apply Now!
