The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Talent Data Insights and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing insights-driven talent strategies, driving business outcomes, and informing strategic decisions. Job Summary The Data Analyst will lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, specializing in strategic partnerships and customer-driven products. Your primary goal will be to develop a data-driven talent strategy, leveraging insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes. You'll work closely with Talent Partners and Delivery leaders to provide actionable insights, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, focusing on strategic partnerships and customer-driven products. Develop a data-driven talent strategy, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources. Provide actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks. Develop data models that are easily digestible, enabling the team to make informed decisions. Enable the Talent team to become strategic advisors, directly influencing business outcomes. Deliver consultancy, analysis, and insights, as well as self-serve tools. Influence leaders to leverage available insights and drive governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field. Strong domain knowledge in business operations and familiarity with internal data ecosystems. Experience in developing and executing talent strategies, evaluations, and insights plans. A proven track record of delivering complex analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives. Ability to develop scalable and repeatable tools that meet business needs. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business stakeholders. Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and accountability management.
