You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data-driven insights, reports, and visualizations that support business needs and objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, such as service costing, workforce management, and resource planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response * Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and implementations of data set plans * Build vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field – Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent leadership * Successful collaboration and time management abilities * You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * You have astounding written and oral communication skills * A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git * Certification in data analysis, visualization, or related fields **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards * Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities * Strong leadership and mentoring skills * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
