Our team is passionate about using data to drive business decisions, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Ancillary Revenue Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating and applying data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and business process improvement. You'll work closely with our Income Supervisory team to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data science, analytics, and coding. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, execute, and deliver advanced quantitative analyses and multi-feature models to drive business decisions and activities, either by experts or by systems; * Leverage large datasets, cloud computing, and multiple sources of data to identify trends and integrate those signals into modeling for explanation, prediction, or creation; * Lead in fulfilling other general analysis requirements; * Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to gain insights into customers' shopping behaviors, their response to arenaflex's offers, and how to better address their needs; * Develop modeling theories involving multivariate statistical methods as well as current AI-based expressive methods; * Lead the execution and industrialization of the developed models in the production system, including all stages of the code lifecycle; * Explain the results of quantitative analysis and multi-feature models and convey to stakeholders, including senior management; * Work primarily in Python, MS SQL, and other large data environments; * Provide expertise in coding and applied finance across Valuation, Income Management, and Subordinate groups; * Develop and deliver client-driven analysis, using cluster analysis, collaborative filtering, and randomized flexibility testing; * Create and maintain code guidelines, code library, and work processes where industrialized processes are essential; * Participate in peer reviews of scientific plans and code to promote revenue growth; * Help, tutor, and guide junior colleagues; * Aid the transition to streaming data for multiple sources. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required; * Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Analysis, or other systematically centered programs liked; * Past use of MS SQL, Python, and other large data technologies; * Past professional use of statistical analysis software liked; * Two (2) years of professional data analysis liked; * Experience in a carrier pricing, yield-or income management, income analysis, income systems, or similar role liked. **Preferred Qualifications** * Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative analysis and model development independently; * Ability to apply concepts from finance and valuation management to coding models and scientific items; * Ability to summarize scientific methodologies and items and present insights and actions to upper management proficiently; * Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work cooperatively with different departments, partners, and staff; * Strong attention to detail for reporting and analysis. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of data science and analytics principles; * Proficiency in Python, MS SQL, and other large data environments; * Experience with statistical analysis software and machine learning algorithms; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and presentation skills; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
