You will be the face of blithequark, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with assigned travel agency accounts to promote and sell blithequark products and services. * Identifying, prospecting, evaluating, and initiating new travel agency business opportunities to support business objectives. * Conducting sales calls with key account contacts to deliver product and service updates, sales-related opportunities, and review account performance. * Proposing and executing partnership arrangements, ensuring mutual benefit and profit for blithequark and partner agencies. * Developing and executing strategic business development plans, including marketing and co-op advertising plans for key accounts. * Managing time and territory effectively to maximize sales productivity. * Evaluating clients' business needs, assessing performance, and initiating strategic proposals for growth and development. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Two years of experience in travel industry sales or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree from a four-year college or university preferred. * Must be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience). * Knowledge of blithequark programs, policies, procedures, and reservation systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, gather data, and reach sound conclusions. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
