Job Summary As a Customer Support Associate at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers via phone, email, or chat with their inquiries, orders, and issues. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions in the company's system. Assist customers with order tracking and returns. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent : A high school diploma or GED is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills : You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus : Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals with a passion for helping others. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail : You should have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
